Delivery Information

All Products are shipped with in the same working days, except Pre-Orders or products which have specific informed details on them. Products which are not in stock will be refunded, in the event there is a listing mistake.

Products are shipped by 1400 hrs of the day. Orders which are confirmed by 1200 will be shipped on the same day. Orders received beyond 1200 Hrs will be shipped the next day. It usually takes 24 to 36 hrs for shipment to arrive in Tier A cities within the delivery zone. Remote places may take more time. Few States have very different shipping policy regarding shipment to the end user. We hope that this gets sorted out once we have the GST in place. Till then you will have to live with it if you happen to be in state which has such restrictions in place. Bluedart , FedEx has a link regarding such regulatory, this is updated from time to time. You would need to give us the documents are required by your State (If so required).

You will receive SMS / Email confirming your purchase and shipment tracking ID. Make sure that you have checked your BIN and SPAM folder, before you call for details.
